First day of FEMES down and omg. during the last 2 contributed sessions, i kept picturing myself banging my head against the wall because I have absolutely no idea what they speakers were talking about. the programe sheet says Macro, but i swear..

But at least I attempted to take notes. I mean the rest of them (same gang from ytd!) were either,
1. Zoning out, nodding off, drawing monkeys, eating pokey, reading newspaper (all same person HAHA)
or
2. ON THE LAPTOP!?
ok the other 2 were trying to listen too hahaha.
we're so bored of having to sit through similar sessions individually for the next 2 days : Game Theory 1-5, Panel Data 1-5, Macro 1-6, we've decided to swop ard come tmr. haha :D
on the plus side, some of the profs attending the sessions have been very nice and my Math for Econs prof ACTUALLY REMEMBERS MY NAME!! (must be joyce.. the one who stared at laptop and never participated in class)
ALSO, the food has been very good! Free flow of coffee and tea (english breakfast, chamomile, green tea, forest fruits) and mini spring rolls and brownies during breaks

nice meal boxes for lunch :)
and the few of us have been walking/working, slacking/SLACCKKINGG, eating/gorging and talking/bitching together whenever we're not half-dying in our SRs haha so that's great too!
